DSP V16 final Windows

Report wrong size of ROM "hrd-hd15" and won't load the game. As far as I can tell, the ROM size of 65 536 bytes is the right size. The CRC I have fro this specific ROM is BCBD88C3.

Driver finished, now everything seems OK
