.log file completely empty #84

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install into /usr/local/bin
2. run logkeys -s -d=/div/input/event9 --output test.log
3. then logkeys -k

What is the expected output? /usr/local/bin/test.log with something in it, even
just the 'Logging started...' and 'Logging stopped...' tags.

What do you see instead? Nothing --> file is created but remains completely
empty.

What version of the product are you using (`logkeys --help`)? 0.1.1a
On what operating system? Linux 3.1.9-1.4-desktop i686, openSUSE 12.1 (i586)

Please provide any additional information below.
If applicable, also attach contents of /proc/bus/input/devices, the output
of command `dumpkeys -n > dumpkeys.output`, and any
other relevant files.

please try with latest version from the SVN, where this is likely fixed.
