This PR fixes a lot of issues detected in MusicXML import/export round-trip automated tests:

Staff position for rests (<display-step>, <display-octave>).
Position for key accidentals (<key-octave>).
Number of staff lines and scaling <staff-details>.
Position for fermata (above, below) and symbol.
Dynamic marks not exported in certain conditions.
Hidden notes.
Position (above, below) for slurs.
Position for word directions.
Issue with octave shifts.
Final barline when several parts.
Crash in multi-part scores when more than 16 parts.
Volta brackets: <ending> not exported in barlines.
Arpeggios not exported.
defaults: not exported.
Sometimes barline is duplicated.
Strong accent & detached legato not exported.
direction: staff not exported.

There are more issues pending to be solved, but this is left for a next PR.
