Improve MusicXML exporter (3) #368

This PR fixes all issues detected in MusicXML import/export round-trip automated tests:

fingering: attributes 'substitution' and 'alternate' were not exported. Fixed.
wavy-line: currently not enough information is imported and thus, export is incorrect. Import suppressed for now.
tremolo: type and number of marks were not exported. Fixed.
issue with key signatures incorrectly exported when clef change. Fixed.
issue with cross-staff beams and cross-staff chords. Fixed.

All scores from Lilypond test suite pass now the import/export round-trip automated tests.
