Fixed bugs and better code comments #12

Fixed some bugs, like incorrect unix time spent. Made some more comments. Changed the proxy country to de so it looks more realistic.

I also thought about only fetching german proxies, but it returns only a few, so using proxies from all countries is probably still better than that. Change my mind, if you don't think so ; )

Otherwise perfect. Will merge it after clarifying this.

Nope, you are right! It seems like there are too little german proxies.
