it should be possible to add a black border around the downloaded picture to bring the picture to the desired definition. (currently the original picture is not resized)

Nice! Same parameter could also be used to define the Image size for sentinel. So in case of sentinel there wouldn't be a border around the image but instead the image size itself would be changed.
