missing years from length_all.csv #6

@lennon-thomas Hey lennon did you generate the data file length_all.csv using a script? It looks like the LBAR function wants to be able to call years for the length data and there is no longer a data associated with the lengths.

Would it be easy to add that or should I go ahead and make a new .csv
