Description

Old department prefix in the UG is NA, which is misleading as the user may enter "NA" before the old department name. For example:

NA Hello

However, this has a very low chance of happening, hence the severity is very low

UG has already stated that there is currently no prefix for OLD_DEPARTMENT_NAME:

Furthermore, NA is a well-known abbreviation for "not applicable", and a HR personnel should know this.
