CTAF display will be added to VATGlasses in the near future.

For airports with a published CTAF, please replace "ctaf": "-1" with "ctaf": "1xx.xxx" as appropriate.
- Airports will display as "CTAF: 1xx.xxx".
Airports with "ctaf": "-1" will display as "CTAF: Check VATSIM AIP".
Airports with no "ctaf" entry will display as "UNICOM: 122.800".

I've got a large update from test-data as well. Would you like everything together or this assignment as presented then a separate merge? I'm open to either.
