Update to EHAA file consisting of:

Update EHAM CTR 2/3 to EHAM TMA 7/8
Addition of EHMC TMA A
Addition of EHR 4 and EHR4B
Addition of EHDL CTR
Addition of EHLW CTR
Update to top-down ownership for most military airspace
Addition of top-down ownership of military airports
Update to colours of multiple sectors to appear brighter
