What mining software are you using? Make sure its one that supports the claymore remote api. You also need to make sure your miners have remote monitoring enabled at at least read-only level.
You can also check the logs. Since you're running on windows, the logs will be at C:\ProgramData\MiningMonitor\Logs
thank you very much for a quick reply
Thank you again!

Guys, i've installed Windows Service, added my Miners but it never reports any data from Miners.
I am a Sysadmin and do my job for living and i feel very ashamed asking here but i truly ran out of options
i am happy to contribute if you share your ETH address or Paypal, i would really appreciate some minimal guidance on how to make my miners report
thank you
