no end button if we call from the contacts and enter the back ground (Compilation)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to contacts and pickup an contact number and make a call from the address 
book
2. exit the foreground and come back again .
3. the call is continuing but no way to hangup the call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if we call from the keypad or recents and if we go to back ground and came back 
to the foreground we can hangup the call.

but when problem is when we dial from the address book 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ios 4.3.3 i tested in iphone 4

Please provide any additional information below.

present version i think 2.3 siphon

Siphon 2.3 is not maintained.
I work on Siphon4, and this issue is not reproducible.
