Retakes not included properly

I enable sourcemod, gunmenu, retakes, retakes_sitepicker, and retakes_standardallocator but I do not see the cfg's and addons included. I went to splewis retakes mod and downloaded the files and copy and paste them into the correct directory and I get the following error anytime I try and perform any action in csgosl 2.5:

Running on Windows 10

I believe this might have been an issue when upgrading from an older version of csgosl. When I downloaded and clean installed everything worked fine.
