i have the same problem
Sounds like your installation is corrupt (complains about incorrect cfg file format, e.g. "KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got } in key in file gamemodes_server.txt line 18").
Did you manually edit config files? Have you tried reinstalling?
I setted up server as told on wiki, and when i try to connect to server trought lan menu i connect and immideatly after loading come back at cs:go starting screen. When i try to connect for the 1st time it shows nothing at console but at second time it shows this:
Also server is only visible in LAN server list with RadminVPN even though my server and pc are using same network
