What do you mean by "I installed the server manually, put it in the correct location" ? Did you follow the Windows install instructions in the wiki?

I did the "Install existing server" method
This sounds like a PATH issue where the wrong find command is found. Please see this earlier issue https://github.com/lenosisnickerboa/csgosl/issues/290 It links to some other earlier similar issues

i have uninstalled DevKitPro and it works now, it is indeed a PATH issue
