[Task] Count the number of CLI downloads from presentation and docs websites #271

What should be done

Use the ping attribute on links to count the number of downloads from the website and the docs website.

Technical recommandation

Use the ping attribute of the links. Try to search if plausible handle this kind of events.

Ecological concerns

Avoid using JS to edit the links or to intercept the clics, the ping tag is made for that.

Some documentation should be added to this issue because I have no idea how to test it. If it has to be tested in the app stat-us, some documentation must be added to the app too.
