Use cabal-docspec #34

This is a draft because of https://github.com/phadej/cabal-extras/issues/62, which actually affects lens-aeson too.

I removed .ghci as it doesn't work. (Neither with stack nor cabal v2-build, both have repl). I have done that for other packages, but never told explicitly why I do it.

Re 62, I made a PR for comonad, nothing else seems to be affected.
