Describe the bug lens update upgrade failure

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior It Can be updated with no errors

Environment (please complete the following information):

Lens Version:2023.8.291046-latest
OS: windows10
Installation method (e.g. snap or AppImage in Linux):Downloaded Windows x64 (.exe)

Logs: When you run the application executable from command line you will see some logging output. Please paste them here:

I suspect a manual uninstall/install sequence may be a workaround(?).
