Unknown error while submitting when installing new Helm Chart #8065

Describe the bug Whenever I try to install a new Helm Chart for the first time, I'm getting a red notification just saying "Unknown error while submitting". The chart gets installed anyway without any problems. But I don't know why I get this notification.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior That I get a success message.

Hello @JustDoItSascha, Thank you for your report. We are aware of this bug and are working on a fix. I admit it is misleading. The important thing, as you mentioned, that chart gets installed correctly.
