Allow pinning of views (aka favorite views) #8123

What would you like to be added: When having a lot of different contexts to watch, and especially during development, it is sometimes required to jump between different views.

My suggestion is to have the following 2 features:

  1. Define for each cluster a "Favorites" view, that each page can be pinned to. For example:
    • Pods, Nodes, Events, and several custom resources
  2. Be able to set the favorites either locally (for specific context) or globally by adding a mark "for all clusters"

Why is this needed: Sometimes navigating back and forth between resources located in a very distant places might be very disappointing. For example, having a few clusters connected, switching from Workloads>Pods to CRD starting with w... is frustrating.
