Make it so that when you make an RP you can use at least 2 standard stat layout or make their own. Maybe some kind of import function from other RP's as well?

I'm keeping this one around as users still can not make their own sheets. Closing it when that is done

9677beee2f2070894913af188e4a82095c0ca75e made the modifiers even more modular. Until an syntax for actions ( #55 )has been decided and implemented this feature will not be worked on.
