View all characters of an rp #4

You should be able to see all the information that is important for battles of all the characters in an rp. This means all the base stats and total amount of modifiers on them. You should also be able to see the new total of said stats.

You should also be able to see the current cooldown on abilities. As a GM you should be able to change them easily.
