When integrating back OTUs at end of id step, control for samples removed from count_table #140

At OTU step, when splitting between ASV/OTUs already found in previous suproject and new sequences, samples can be removed from count_table files by MOTHUR when a sample does not contain anymore sequence in one of the two subsets.
