Illumina_demulti find in late array job drop errors for missing files removed by other arrays

May need to create temporary directory for each library to demultiplex in $EXEC/library for primary demultiplexing, then move at the end to $EXEC/library/fastq Error is not hindering anything, just create long error log files.
