Add configuration parameter to assign standard and large memory node to different partition names

QUEUE_PARTITION_HIGHMEM and QUEUE_PARTITION_STANDARD to set the partition name(s), comma separated if multiple QUEUE_PARTITION variable for makefile add one line in the headers when available in the config.txt file
