Any possibilities to support qsub? #16

It will be wonderful if you can or we can supply a version to support qsub based HPC. I think that is not so difficult to do.

I originally planned it but did not implemented it due to lack of time. This is indeed feasible, but I am now lacking acces to a HPC with PBS / Grid Engine / TORQUE queueing system to test it. I will check what is feasible in the next days.

Hi Lentendu, I have access to a PBS system right now and I am trying to use your script for it. Can we just work together and make it happen. I have a lot of dataset to run.
