attachment support in notes #33

It could be useful to attach files to notes, must look a bit more into this to see how it would work with project repositories and previews...

it will be a useful thing at a time when you need to add an example of work already done, for example an image or document. "odt" with a detailed description (the occasions may be different). The management of these files is similar to the management of previews of the pictures, I mean without version control.
