fix(settings): prevent selecting portfolio accounts #26

Fixes #25

As I again accidentally selected them.. This removes the checkbox to select portfolio accounts for use in the app.

Todo

Maybe there should be an additional visual or textual hint why one can't select them.
Also, sync should fail gracefully instead of plain crashing.

Is the MR in draft state on purpose? We could also merge it as is and convert the open todos into separate issues.

I wanted to do at least error handling yesterday, but as my days are a bit short this week I had to move that to probably next week, so I guess it can just be merged now.
