Copy: Change Welcome Message #1297

@zdrossman @nayan-leo please update the copy for the welcome message that currently comes from Catherine. The message should come from Victoria and say:

Welcome to Flatiron Pediatrics! Use this messaging channel to connect with us here at the practice. Send us any questions, concerns or requests (you can even send pictures!) and we’ll do our very best to get back to you right away.
