[docs] Add a FAQ - Why is the number of active objects on local/remote cluster different #1172

As described on https://github.com/leo-project/leofs/issues/1142#issuecomment-443922051, deleted objects and ephemeral objects (only exist during processing multipart upload requests) won't be sent to the remote cluster so there can be differences.
