not finding the file host/linux-x86/bin/fs_get_stats while building rootfs #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.build rowboat
2.build kernel
3.while building rootfs

while following this link 
http://code.google.com/p/rowboat/wiki/ConfigureAndBuild#Build_rootfs i built 
rowboat and kernel, to build file system using the command 
sudo ../../../../build/tools/mktarball.sh 
../../../host/linux-x86/bin/fs_get_stats android_rootfs . rootfs rootfs.tar.bz2 

there is no file fs_get_stats in directory host/linux-x86/bin/  any idea, why 
is this file missing as i am following the steps..
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using, I use Beagle board C3 and following 
the link http://code.google.com/p/rowboat/wiki/ConfigureAndBuild for building 
android? On what operating system, fedora12?
