repo sync is taking time and getting struct after down loading upto 56% of files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
step 1:  repo init -u git://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git -m TI-Android- 
GingerBread-2.3-DevKit-1.0.xml
step 2: repo sync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expecting 100% down load of file. and seeing that it is getting struck after 
down load upto 56%.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GingerBread-2.3-DevKit-1.0 on Ubuntu 10.04.

Please provide any additional information below.

if you are looking for omap evm board. Try with TI link, you will get .tar.gz 
package there

for me also, "repo sync" is getting stuck at 66%, tried multiple times, checked 
the network, all settings are fine. Did a clean and started all over again, it 
comes up till 66% and gets stuck.
