Scrollbar slider missing #13

When the material-ui theme is is enabled, the thumb/slider for the scrollbar does not appear in the tree-view, settings view or project-find view.

Atom Dark Theme - scrollbar visible on far right

What's your OS? Not able to reproduce this on macOS Sierra 😊

PS. I've switched to atom-dark for the time being until this is resolved. You'll note this in the gist. Otherwise, I really love the theme.
