I was able to use your EFI folder, with some minor tweaks (My laptop has an Intel Wi-Fi card, which is supported by the AirportItlwm. Also, I have got yet to figure out how to get the Bluetooth and Sound working, but that's no big deal, as I am really happy I was able to get Monterey installed successfully).

Congrats! btw can you use iMessage normally? I also use AirportItlwm to add support to Intel WI-FI card but encountered iMessage crash after upgrading to Monterey 12.1.
