Upgrading from Ventura to Sonoma #43

Hey man, how are you? I’ve been having a problem when upgrading from Ventura to Sonoma. I’ve downloaded the Sonoma installer, started the installation, had the first reset, selected macOS installer, it gave me a timer of 30 minutes. After that concludes, i select macOS installer again, but this time, it fills 25% of the progress bar really fast, then, the computer resets. Have you been through this? Thanks in advance!

Hey man, I never had this issue before. I had some crashes during updates, but after a hard reset and select macOS installer it went fine. Try to activate verbose boot putting a -v in the boot args of your config.plist and try to catch anything unusual from the log. Did you use any patch before update using OpenCore Legacy Patcher? Also make sure you're using "vanilla" version (https://github.com/leocg/Hackintosh-Dell-G5-5590/releases/download/v5.0.1-OC-0.9.5/EFI.OpenCanopy.AudioDxe.zip) without post install patches.
