Use caret ranges for broader dependency matching #27

Assuming they are all using semver is reasonable; most specifically, postcss 5.x.x should be fine, not just postcss 5.0.x. Without this, you wind up with the rest of your project using postcss@5.2.16 and this embedding its own copy of postcss@5.0.21.
