I know that right now they are usable in all of great bay temple and a few other select areas. I think it would be beneficial to make them useable in all water in the game. I don't think it would break the game or anything by allowing you to get places you shouldn't be able to, especially considering how late in the game you get them. Just a suggestion I personally think would be a big improvement. Thanks so much for this project anyway!
