It would be cool if this mod allowed the Fairy Sword to be mapped to the sword button instead of a random item button.

IDK, just something that always annoyed me about the original game. Would be extra-cool if item buttons could be filled with other items in addition to the fairy sword being mapped to the sword button, similar to how biggoron sword functioned in oot.
Perhaps pressing 'B' while the cursor is over this item in the menu could assign it to 'B' without otherwise affecting the existing assignment options. Not sure if this would be easy to implement with existing work from the d-pad mask feature or not
