[Feature request] Enhanced camera controls? #254

Please ensure the feature or the change you're suggesting isn't out of the scope of this project. In most cases, only bug fixes, beneficial MM3D change reversals or QoL improvements will be accepted.

On the N64, you couldn't really control the camera, so this wouldn't be a reversion, it would be a new feature entirely, although a QoL one. New 3DS models have a C-Stick. If we could use the C-Stick to control the camera instead of having to constantly lock-on or press the View button on the lower screen it would be great.

This would especially benefit those using an external controller on an emulator, as they could map it to the right stick, as using the mouse and controller together to change the camera is very slow.
