Admin workflow implementation

I found that a few features of the admin workflow seem to be missing. The testing workflow also does not include these features. I will list them here (also added to the documentation - Testing - Admin Workflow)

• View all chip orders assigned to a specific foundry worker (through the All Foundry Worker table)
• View all orders of a specific customer (through the All Users table)
• View all files belong to a specific customer (through the All Users table)

We don't need to start working on this issue since it's not urgent or important for now. It's essentially a sorting function to sort orders or files, which we may need when we have many customers. And we may want to implement the sorting feature in a different, more intuitive way later on.
