Street Line 2 information - not provided during signup #118

When signup, if we leave the Street Line 2 field (optional) blank, the address page shows "not provided during signup".

We should just hide the default "not provided during signup" on the address page if a user does not provide it during sign-up.

Yes, this is a small UI improvement that shouldn't be too hard, I'll also address this on the branch I'm working on.
