Fixed chat view for admins: able to see messages from worker vs customer #149

Added worker vs customer split for the admins
Added logo to be displayed for the worker chats, and a name for the customer
Chat box now displays who the chat is referencing to. Ie. if the admin or glassfab worker is looking at a chat to customer A, the chatbox now displays Customer A in the title

Looks good to me. It addresses all the issues we wanted to fix originally.

I think there are more improvements to be done since it feels a little laggy and you can double send a message, but it works and we can discuss these issues moving forward.

E.g. perhaps we can maybe set the letter inside the customer's profile icon to be there first letter of their name, etc.
