Some Ideas:
- Evaluate our training to ensure it's accessible, understandable, etc.
- Help events identify and recruit their regionally underrepresented groups for speaking/volunteering/organizing.
- Take time to reflect each year.
- In-Person Events -- Childcare, stipends for speakers, nursing area for new mothers, etc.
