We could use a system like oVice or Gather to set up a time schedule for about three days and let people come and go as they please. Just an idea :smile:

This could be seen as a capacity-building or support program for community organizers. It can also be tied in together with Mentor for Mentors/Deputies/Meetup organizers program, as well Professional Deputy/Mentor training program.

I like the idea of starting with recurring meetings to get the organizers know each others, they can share struggles, wins, and experience. Maybe we can start with 2 different sessions as we do for the Community Goals, or do what junko_nukaga suggest.
