Air Pressure is Relative Station Pressure, Not Pressure at Sea Level #14

Thanks to @karss79 for bring this to my attention.

It looks like some data sources report both relative air pressure at the station, as well as air pressure at sea level. Once example would be the Tempest API. It looks like CWOP and other destinations prefer sea level air pressure.
