Any Pre trained weights? #28

Hi, this is really great that you implemented YOLACT in tensorflow, can you upload pre-trained weights for instance segmentation, and it would be really helpful if you upload some tutorials as well.

Hi I am sorry I ve been stuck with school work and internship this year. I will provide the pretrained weights of yolocal-550 with resnet50 on pascal and coco soon. Also a tutorial for custom dataset training. Thx ! :)
