Improved Language Updating

I know this is still heavily in dev but I wanted to help in some way. Thought this would be a better way to update the language as opposed to looping thought the possible ones. This also allows you to do something if the language they select is not valid.

I could not find the config option which was being used so I just made a custom file. Also just a suggestion but should this not be in its own repo?
