Add and "include" node, so that it enables including certain processes after excluding all other processes

sometimes one need to make gdipp work only on certain processes, so that no 
other process is affected. 
we can exclude all other processes  by:
<exclude> 
  <process>*.exe</process>
</exclude>

but we cannot include certain processes we need
