cannot spawn mintty.exe with gdipp_loader_32.exe

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.

C:\cygwin\bin\mintty.exe
(can vary by installation option)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open explorer on C:\cygwin\bin
2. drag mintty.exe icon to gdipp 32bit program loader
3. nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

gdimm.dll injected mintty process should be spawned. but doesn't happen.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?

0.9.1. (0.7.6 goes crash)

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.

gdi++ works well.

And when service is running, right after mintty has launched, inner process 
crashes and mintty window is closed immediately.
