Recurring Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? #210

Hi,

I am a bit perplexed with this error seen on a recurring basis. There is no clear indication why this happens. The previous shutdown is usually "clean"!

When shutdown, I see this in F:\laragon\bin\apache\httpd-2.4.43-win64-VC15\logs\error.log

[Sat Nov 21 22:19:32.521353 2020] [mpm_winnt:notice] [pid 19892:tid 628] AH00422: Parent: Received shutdown signal -- Shutting down the server.
[Sat Nov 21 22:19:34.546888 2020] [mpm_winnt:notice] [pid 49344:tid 620] AH00364: Child: All worker threads have exited.

Upon restart the next time, I see
